1. Acceptance of Terms. By creating an account or using the Onsite Grooming Co. ("OSGC," "we," "us") platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description. OSGC is a technology platform that connects independent grooming professionals with clients seeking mobile grooming services. OSGC facilitates connections but does not itself provide grooming services.

3. Account Registration. You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

4. User Conduct. You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, discriminate against, or harm any other user; (c) attempt to circumvent platform payment systems; (d) impersonate another person; (e) use the platform to send spam or malicious content; or (f) interfere with the platform's operation or security.

5. Bookings & Payments. Bookings are made directly between clients and professionals. OSGC processes payments on behalf of professionals and deducts a platform commission. All fees are disclosed before a booking is confirmed.

6. Professional Verification. OSGC may, but is not obligated to, verify the identity, licenses, or background of professionals. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of a professional's qualifications or the quality of services.

7. Disclaimers. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. OSGC does not warrant that services will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any services arranged through it.

9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold OSGC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules. You waive your right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms. OSGC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination. OSGC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
